Processing & Shipping

All items in this shop are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printful. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days, and tracking will be emailed automatically once your item is on its way.
During busy seasons (especially November–December), production and shipping may take a bit longer.

Returns & Exchanges

Because everything is made just for you, Printful does not accept returns for:

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • General buyer’s remorse

However, I want you to be happy with your order. If you need a different size, I can offer a one-time 20% discount on a replacement size of the same design. Just send me a message through the contact page.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives with:

  • A misprint

  • Damage

  • The wrong item

  • A noticeable flaw in quality

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Printful will remake or replace the item at no cost to you.

Lost or Stalled Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived:

  • Sometimes carriers run late.

  • Tracking can lag behind the actual package movement.

If it appears lost, reach out and I’ll help you start a replacement request with Printful. Replacements are covered if the carrier confirms the package is missing.

If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, the replacement cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns Address

All returns (when applicable) come back to my shop in Burlington, Iowa. Please reach out before sending anything, so I can make sure it gets where it needs to go.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Orders Printful confirms were misprinted or incorrect

Refunds cannot be issued for size issues or dislike of the product, since each item is custom printed.
